There are various types of tickets that are available when you're booking the tickets online. Let us now see what is different among those.

  1. Statue of Unity Entry Ticket: This is basically the entry ticket into the Statue of Unity's main campus. The ticket holders are entitled to visit the Statue of Unity Exhibition, Audio Visual Gallery, Valley of Flowers, Sardar Sarovar Dam Viewpoint, and Bus Service for these places. It costs INR 150 per adult. This does not include the visit to the observation deck of the Statue of Unity.
  2. Statue of Unity Viewing Gallery: This ticket basically comes with all included in the previous type and entitles the ticket holders to visit the Viewing Gallery/Observation Deck. It costs INR 380 per adult.

All of the above tickets come with the complimentary entry for the Projection-Mapping, which starts at 6:30 p.m. every evening. Only those who would have opted for this complimentary entry will benefit from re-entry into the campus for viewing the laser show. If not opted before, then the visitor would not be given re-entry access.

This is the laser show that takes place at 7:00 p.m; every evening. To view this closely, it is highly recommended to be at the reporting point before time, as the seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are two reporting points for viewing the Projection Mapping show: the campus of the Statue of Unity, and the other is from the Helipad Ground. The visitors may choose the reporting points at their convenience.

In conclusion, this is the basic knowledge and guidance that one requires before visiting the Statue of Unity. It is an architectural marvel, for sure. Apart just the Statue of Unity, there are many other places at tiny distances away from the Statue of Unity Campus. The next blog will be on all those places, and in the upcoming blogs, I will also post an ideal itinerary that can be considered while visiting the Statue of Unity.
